Clemens Klopfenstein has lived the Globus riots of 1968 in first person as film student. His life-changing experience is now being reported on an article of the Tages-Anzeiger newspaper.

Clemens will be guest of honor at the 30th anniversary of the Max Ophüls Award Filmfestivals in Saarbrücken (26th Jan to 1st Feb 2009). Besides showing the award-winning "E nachtlang Füürland", some of his new productions will be presented ("Die Vogelpredigt" and "The it.aliens" among others). Clemens will also be chairing a masterclass for young german film students.

Lukas Tiberio und Clemens Klopfenstein auf der Bühne des Kinos in Regensburg, nach der Uraufführung von "Weg nach Rio".
The short film "Weg nach Rio" will be shown at the Solothurner Filmtage: in the Landhaus cinema on January 21st at 12:00 and in the Kino Palace on 23rd January at 12. Serena and I will be attending the festival and the screenings.
In the meantime Lukas will be attending the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where the film will be shown as well, in the "Bright Future" section.
